About Us
What do we do?
Our primary goal is the relief of hardship or distress among key-workers in England & Wales. We will consider applications for help with unexpected or exceptional personal expenditure required by the applicant or the applicant’s dependants.
This might include:
Expenditure arising from illness, accident, emergency or family difficulties
Unexpected living expenses (for example, exceptional need for equipment such as white goods, furnishing or decorations)

Recognition Coins
Our Recognition Coins are at the heart of our mission- to help you to acknowledge the work of those key-workers that cross your path every day.
Each coin is unique. We produce only a few editions each year and each coin is numbered.
So when you give a coin to a key-worker, in appreciation for the help and support that they have given to you, they can register the Recognition with us.
We’d like to see as many people as possible carrying one of our Recognition Coins so that they always have one on hand to say “thank you” to the people that work incredibly hard in what are often exceptionally demanding roles.
